DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY NOR ANY SERVICES THEY OFFER!!! When you offer a service or product and a customer accepts the conditions you put then proceeds in purchasing that service or product is a done contract. Now if you come back to that prior decision and take back what I paid for and leave me with no real or valid excuse, this is indigenous, unfair, dishonest, and definitely is a Scam. This is one of the reasons many fear to purchase online or make transactions on the internet because of companies like this one. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK... A company with no real values is a company with no future.

Appalling service

Appalling service. I paid in full for email hosting and my email account is both inaccessible and unusable. No explanation has been given. I cannot move away from Mailwish fast enough!

A Complete Business Disaster – Avoid CloudWish at All Costs

Our company had a deeply damaging experience with MailWish. Most critically, they shut down their old server without prior notice, which resulted in the permanent loss of all our historical emails and sensitive business data. Despite this, we continued with their service, only to face further disruption: our outbound email was suspended for alleged “marketing,” which was simply false. Our communications were strictly B2B outreach to relevant partners. CloudWish then froze all account access, withholding vital business correspondence. Their representative/owner/one man band, Raviv G., engaged with us in a dismissive and accusatory manner. They have even made unfounded claims of enormous damages to themselves, while ignoring the real, ongoing losses we face. We cannot recommend MailWish to any serious business. Their service is unreliable, their enforcement is arbitrary, and their handling of client data has caused us irreparable harm. Do not risk your business with MailWish. They are not trustworthy.

What was once a great service has deteriorated into an unreliable and unresponsive one.

For approximately a year, my experience with Mailwish/Cloudwish was excellent. The service was consistently reliable, and the support team was both prompt and helpful. Our servers functioned well, and I was a very satisfied customer. However, a dramatic decline in service began several months ago. Server uptime became inconsistent, and customer support, once a strength, has become virtually non-existent. A recent "migration" was particularly disastrous. We were assured that no emails would be lost, which was enough to prevent us from creating a backup. Unfortunately, during this transition, my users were unable to send or receive emails, and ultimately, all email data was lost. I submitted a support ticket to inquire about the possibility of data recovery. Previously, I would have received a response within 24 hours, but more than a month has passed with no communication. The change in service quality is baffling and deeply disappointing. What was once a great service has deteriorated into an unreliable and unresponsive one.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Incompetent, Deceptive, and Holding Our Data Hostage

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is not just a review; it is a public service announcement to any business considering Cloudwish LLC, Mailwish, or FullSpeed.net. Do not walk away, RUN. This has been the single worst experience with a service provider in my entire professional career. We paid Cloudwish LLC $768.00 USD for a year of business email hosting. What we received was a month-long nightmare of incompetence, lies, and ultimately, the theft of our money and the destruction of our data. Here is a brief summary of the disaster: Constant Instability: From the beginning of July 2025, the service was plagued with "upgrades" that caused server crashes and required us to re-import data. Catastrophic Failure (July 25): Their entire system crashed, taking all 69 of our client's email accounts offline. We were completely locked out with no warning. Total Silence: For days, we received ZERO response to our urgent support tickets. Our business was dead in the water, and Cloudwish simply ignored us. The Great Deception: When they finally responded, they lied. They called the outage a "migration," claimed our data was safe, and then blamed us for their failures. CONFIRMED DATA LOSS: We discovered that our 1.06 TB of critical business data was gone. An account with 225 GB of emails was reduced to less than 3 MB. Their claims of a "migration" were a lie to cover up a catastrophic data wipe. Blame and Bullying: Their support representative, Raviv G, was not only unhelpful but also condescending and deceptive. He blamed our "local environment" for failures happening entirely on their broken servers and tried to bully us into silence by closing tickets. Refusal to Refund: After all this, they have refused to refund our $768.00. They have taken our money for a service they catastrophically failed to provide. We have been forced to file formal complaints against Cloudwish LLC with the Texas Attorney General (Complaint #: TCP-006401) and the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (Report #: 191860680). This company is not just unprofessional; their practices are deceptive and harmful. They are not equipped to handle professional services, and they will not hesitate to take your money, lose your data, and then blame you for it. Avoid them at all costs.

RUBBISH - STAY AWAY

It was bad before (no spam filters) but now after the server move they are even worse! Support does not exist. Emails are lost. Just a bunch of rubbish!

Stay away like a plague!

Rubbish! they recently migrated their service and notified me they decommissioned their server before migrating my emails so all my emails are lost! They have not even offered an apology or compensation, their support is none existent! stay away like a plague!

Totally untrustable company

Totally untrustable company Downtime too long (1 month for me) No support, no answer Make the customer ultimately in frustration. Totally won't recommend this service and their other service (hosting, email etc...) Please stay away.

The Poor in the industry take out this

I'm going to make a sincere and honest recommendation: stay away from this garbage service, it's the worst. They kept changing platforms, switching MX, and now, with the latest change, we're left without service. The emails are empty, as they were when we had emails on the server. All the forwarding emails have disappeared, and we've had days without service. The support is useless. So, look for a reliable company; they're not trustworthy. Read all the bad experiences and you'll know. And days without service are the worst.

It the 7th day downtime for me

It the 7th day downtime for me, entire company cant access email due to the recent migration and entire operation has been handicapped. The client login cant be access as the password has been change too. Had send ticket to support and tons of email but no no avail! *On day 14th, finally retrieve back account only to find out old email has been totally wipe out... Received the following "EPIC" response: Hello We noticed the restoration has already finished - you don't see your data? Best regards, Raviv G, * On Day 26th Data still missing from before without any response regarding data recovery.

Extremely Disappointing – Total Service Failure and No Support

We’ve had an absolutely terrible experience with Cloudwish. Their email hosting service went completely offline — not just temporarily, but for days. None of our email accounts worked, not even newly created ones. Even worse, the main reseller account was inaccessible, and to this day, they haven’t responded to our urgent support requests. We’ve received no explanation, no timeline, and no apology. Our business and our clients suffered severely because of their complete failure in both service and communication. We can no longer trust this provider. If you care about stability and basic technical support, stay far away from Cloudwish.

I currently use Mailwish for my Non-Profit email and I love the service . I will be moving over and using for all of my businesses. I highly recommend. Whenever I have a issue - I receive a prompt and helpful solution to any issue I have had.
