Excellent from beginning to end.
The carpet itself is very nice and was installed well, and I would use them again. Although everyone I spoke with was very nice, I dealt with a lot of disorganization and miscommunication which was frustrating. They were late to the first estimate appointment (not even sure they would have showed up if I hadn't called to find out where they were), then I had to keep calling to follow up on when the installation would take place and received different information about where the carpet was each time, and finally they arrived an hour early to install the carpet. Overall, I would use them again - but be warned that they don't seem to have all their ducks in a row. The overall turnaround time was fast, and the carpet quality is excellent. Again - I would definitely use them for future service.
They came when they said and got the job done right away and cleaned up.
Staff very helpful. My order came in at the time promised and in good shape. Wide array of choices in the showroom. I don't hesitate to recommend Kenny's.

I just had Kennys Carpet One replace my diningroom floor and I couldnt be happier. The salesman Sal was amazing from start to finish explaining every step of the way, a genuine honest and trustworthy guy. The install team was knowlegable, prompt and trustworthy as well.
