We purchased our first King Sofa about 15 years ago and apart from some minor issues and the leather needing a clean, it is in exceptionally good condition especially considering the age and the fact that 4 dogs, 2 cats and a toddler have shared it over the years. We wont be getting rid of it as its new home will now be in our bedroom! We are doing a little interior reno so decided it was time for a new one. The mid year sale was on so we travelled to Brisbane on 16/05/26 and purchased a Leather Jasper, 2 Ottermans, a coffee table and matching cushions. Cant wait to get them. We were served by lady called Sabina who was exceptional. Rather than the hard sell approach our time with Sabina was about decor suggestions which was very helpful...We spent nearly 2 hours with her and nothing was too much trouble..she even took leather colour swatches outside so we could get a true indication of colour...A 5 star experience...we will never buy another brand of Sofa...ever!!!

To be honest, I'm not someone who thought they would ever be leaving a review for a furniture company, but I am seriously impressed so here I am. Problems inevitably occur, but it is how a company deals with them that matters. I had a problem with a couch I ordered and everyone I dealt with at King Living was fantastic. I'd like to particularly mention the technician Mohammed, who clearly cares about the quality of his work; and Rolan at customer service who kept me updated at regular intervals and always brightened my day with his emails.
I gave Emily my brief and she was spot on with my needs. She was clear about the wait time for delivery.
