Staff were so friendly. We went in with very specific needs as we have a disabled daughter and honestly can’t believe how much they did for us super helpful and knowledgeable and were genuinely kind to our daughter

The worst. Delivery was delayed a month, and then they tried to deliver the couches to the wrong address, then it was impossible to get a straight answer on when it would be delivered - 8 emails and 4 phone calls to the overseas call centre where you bounce around, promises made and no one calls you back! Finally we get a date and you’d think a delivery! No! The delivery people turned up at 8am, calling 5 mins before. They were horrible, they started dumping the furniture at the front, on asking them to come inside they grunted and started dumping it inside and went to leave. I asked if they had some invoice and if they could wait so we can check against the invoice, the left for the truck. What a surprise - there was a 3 seater missing! We flag them down as they drove off and they confirmed they didn’t have it, announced it was ‘not their problem’ and to call the warehouse. We still don’t have the final piece. What a horrific experience- don’t bother! I haven’t even started on how disappointing the actual couch is.
If I could give a zero I would… This is an absolutely terrible product, quality is simply awful, appearance, comfort, size, style.. I can confirm when this product arrives it is nothing like what is pictured online. Really disappointing by King given they are usually a reasonably trusted brand (even though my King Jasper back cushions are completely sagged) … anyway certainly not trusted anymore. The product I received is something I would have anticipated for a quarter of the price from Temu and meant for a child’s room. I am absolutely going to request a refund and will let everyone know the outcome. Based on my experience my advice is do not consider purchasing this sub par product it is simply embarrassing. I was so keen to have a piece of king furniture as I have always admired their quality. I finally was able to do that but it turned out the piece didn’t work for me. Their customer service was exemplary, they were very customer focussed and supportive, informative and was able to sort my issues out quickly and effectively in particular Jessy Guay was proactive and helpful in every step…I thank you.
We have owned king furniture for over 25 yrs and have recently organised to have our current lounge of 20 yrs completely refurbished and recovered. I cannot praise the customer service i have received so far, in particular from Hillary enough. Hillary has been incredibly patient, accommodating and answered all my questions with confidence and understanding. Also, gave wonderful advice on fabric choices. Highly recommend. Joanne
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the handling of my recent order and the customer service experience that followed. Approximately three weeks ago, I purchased a Lumo 2-Seater Sofa Bed. Only recently, when attempting to zip up the sofa, I discovered that one side of the zipper appears to have a manufacturing fault, making it impossible to close properly. After reporting the issue, I initially received a very prompt response from your customer service team advising that a service technician would attend my home to assess and repair the issue where possible. However, only 30 minutes later, I received another email asking me to disregard the previous message. Instead, I was offered the following options: * Collection and refund of the item, or * Keep the product as is and receive a $100 refund as compensation for the fault. After considering the options for a few days, I decided to proceed with a refund because the product is clearly faulty. However, when I informed customer service of my decision, I was advised that under the “120 Day FreeForm Trial” terms and conditions, a $99 return fee would be deducted from my refund. I find this extremely unfair and disappointing. I am not returning the sofa because I changed my mind or because I was simply unsatisfied with the product. I requested a refund because the item has a manufacturing defect. Charging me a return fee in these circumstances makes me feel as though I am being treated like a customer abusing a trial policy rather than someone who received a faulty product.
