Be careful buying here with crypto. I made a mistake and used the BEP-20 network to pay for GTA V. Support told me the money was lost, but Binance Support proved them wrong. The live blockchain ledger (BscScan) shows Kinguin successfully received my USDT and already manually transferred my money to another of their wallets. They literally took my funds, moved them, and now they have ignored my support ticket for over 12 hours. They have my money, and they refuse to give me the game key or store credit. Absolute scam.

Disgusting company, scammers backed by very poor customer service. Spent $100 on various Total War: Warhammer keys. I pay for region unlocked steam key and they send me region locked key then refuse to replace or refund. multiple hours even days between each correspondence. I've sent multiple screenshots per their request and they just stopped responding completely. I will never spend another dime with this company and if you actually want your keys I'd advise you to do the same.
