Ordering & payment process simple & posted promptly by Kitwizard. Item was adequately packed and as described. Alas the delivery company Evri let them down. Evri failed to deliver on the specified day and did not send me a new time when I queried them meaning I had to wait most of the following day as well to see if they turned up. Not Kitwizard's fault directly but maybe they should chase up Evri about their customer service as it is dire.
