It was clear and informative, making a decision was easy
my flight details are june 15 but arrival in seoul is june 16 however when i was booking the transfer the date is appearing at june 17 because i think the system is assuming our arrival is next day of the 16 when in fact our arrival is next day of the 15. i think they need to check the system automation especially for the time since when booking transfers this is an important information over-all i like the convenience of booking in the app

Horrible experience. Purchased two Nikko Japan All Areas passes through them. Their app failed multiple times to show the live voucher that has a running timer and was forced multiple times to pay expensive bus tickets that were a key part of the package. Their initial response was to admit issues with their app but then they tried to get money from the Japanese vendor Tobu Railway who correctly refused to refund them because the vouchers were activated, the problem wasn’t Tobu, it was Klook’s app failing. Klook failed to take responsibility and wasted a pile of our time in the process. Do yourselves a favour and purchase tickets only though the actual vendors rather than this reseller. We had no ability to get any comp from the actual vendors rather than, Tobu Rail, and Klook failed to take responsibility for their app’s failure. Don’t use this vendor, especially for anything related to rail or other packages that you should buy direct.
