Be careful with this company - you CANNOT get a refund to your original payment method, they will only let you exchange or have store credit. When querying this, I was told this has changed since 1st May. This is not mentioned on their website or returns policy. Have effectively lost £200 because there’s nothing else on the website my husband wants. Customer service is appalling. I am looking into how to escalate this.
