Why was my account suspended? Please reactivate it.
They asked for a photo copy of my ID to verify myself when I wanted to remove my account. As long as I don't send a copy of my ID they won't remove my account. The argument of sending a copy of my ID is because they want to protect other members of Lemon Swan. Which is strange! No website ask for your ID verification. The fact that I don't want to use the website and like to remove my account says that I don't have bad intentions. Asking for a photo copy of someones ID is very questionable about the true intentions of a website. So, it's not possible to remove your account by yourself. You need to contact them. This I never experienced before at any (dating)website. The fact that you can't remove your account by yourself is questionable too.
Well is very good but haven't use it for a long time so I hope I would enjoy it soon 😊
