My eye test was not done properly. My number is for progressive lenses, but your lab provided the number for single vision lenses. Please educate your lab staff to check the eyesight properly before finalizing the prescription. Secondly, your welcome message mentioned a complimentary anti-fog spray for my glasses. However, your representative refused to provide it, saying I did not claim it at the time of payment. This was very rude hospitality and quite disappointing as a customer

The experience was good
This order was a replacement of lenses of a previously made spectacles through your shop. Wrong powered lenses were put (a higher power). I m a pilot and hence I was out of town for a few weeks and couldn’t return the same. Once i got back I returned the spectacles but I was told that there’s no return/ exchange policy after 14 days. I had to pay 600rs to get the lenses changed and to get a lower power. Obviously my eyesight will not get better in a few weeks. The request was put on the portal by the staff but it was denied online. I had got made one sunglasses before these specs (not through this registered number but other number), correct power in them but wrong in these. Was not my mistake still I had to pay Rs 600. Kindly refund
