Product well but staff service very slowly

All the staff were very helpful on all the days we visited the showroom, and gave us good service.

It's very unprofessional service. Just for one exchange lenskart take 10 days time. I was not expecting this type of service from lenskart
There is a glare when I am wearing the new spectacles. The vision might take 2-3 days to adjust. But if the glare continues, I need to get it checked or exchanged.
Given the specs of my kid which is under warranty. Lenses were for myopia and of ondays. After repair one lense is of different kind and another lense is of different. My kind is finding very difficult to adjust. Please make both lenses of same nature for myopia and of ondays.
First time there was a issue in the frame n you replaced it hustle freely Thank you
Staff were good. But, the frames have become so expensive and there is no quality compared to the money....

The rating is for delivery experience , delivery partner went to different location, he had otp to deliver the item(don't know how) marked it to product delivered, later on when I called , he had asked for extra 200(which I paid) to deliver it to my address. Irony is while having conversation with delivery parter , lenskart customer care was on conference still he couldn't do anything. Going for Specsmakers going forward
