Ruth arranged for my Kerry Darlington picture to be reframed after it had been damaged. The whole process was simple, Ruth took care of everything, her communication was excellent and she sourced the exact same frame style and completed the framing for me. A very easy process beginning to end!

We were welcomed into the store, by Ruth, with a warm smile and cheery greeting. Ruth was very helpfull with suggestions on how to frame our item - a diamond art picture of a dog that we intend to give as a Christmas gift. The turnaround from dropping our item in store and collecting was just a couple of weeks, and we were extremely happy and satisfied with the final result. In fact, we have been back with another, more tricky item to frame, which was of great sentimental value and recieved the same welcome and efficient service.
