I always have a great experience when shopping with Lintico. You have an excellent marketing tool. I just have one suggestion, for returning customers, you could have more incentives by offering them immediate coupon discounts while they are shopping additional items after having placed a prior order. You don’t have that feature. You offer the discount unfortunately, after the additional order has been placed. Then the customer may not want to shop again because that instant reward is not available. Imagine, if you provided immediately an additional coupon right after one purchase. Just a thought.
I have ordered many items from Lintico. I continue to order because of the cute style and excellent quality of their products. Fortunately, I haven’t had need for their customer service, but ordering is easy and their items have always arrived in a reasonable time frame.

Very good quality fabric. I find I need a larger size to fit the bust area on the more fitted pieces, but the loose fit top was perfect.
The website was just fine to navigate. My issue is with communication. It's been 5 days now since I bought and paid for this dress, yet there is no activity. Why should it take longer than 5 days to send a dress that should be in stock. Where is the communication? This is disappointing; I bought the dress thinking I might actually wear it soon. Please give me a shipping date and I assume it will come FedEx or UPS and not USPS.
