Sad state of affairs. I handed over £4700 for a sofa and 2 chairs 5 months ago, and still have nothing to show for it. In my case, they somehow “forgot” to process my order. Word advice to anyone looking to buy from loaf- you are taking on a risk of incompetence, and be prepared to take on a degree of responsibility for the timely processing of your order once they quite quickly take all of your money.
I made a mistake with my order and have honestly been so impressed by the help received. The staff, especially Charlotte, have gone above and beyond to reassure and help me with my purchase. It makes such an enormous difference to speak with a friendly, polite and kind person/team. They're brilliant.
Summer 2024 ordered Squishmister corner sofa.Incorrect sofa delivered. Agreed a discount. Sofa fabric materially faulty as confirmed by technician. New sofa ordered and delivered in January 2025. When unpacked delivery team noticed the sofa material was ripped. A second replacement sofa ordered. I chased several times - only to discover sofa has not been ordered. Now due in July / August. After several requests for a senior manager to contact me to discuss ( Customer Service rep said “they were all in meetings”) ! I have heard nothing. Not what I expect from Loaf when spending over £4000 on a sofa.
Helpful and friendly staff without being intrusive. They were knowledgable about the products. There was a lovely friendly chatty man, didn’t catch his name, was working there on Sunday 17th May. He’s a credit to your company!!
Very quick delivery and delighted with my purchase
I’m very dis pointed to have my table but not the glass as it was broken in its packaging. The delivery men were very apologetic and said that they would call Loaf re the glass top. As yet I have not received any notification about a replacement which now is becoming quite urgent for me as I have family arriving from Aus. in early June. This is not a cheap option for a coffee table and it would be good to hear from you.

My experience was great due to the customer service I received in your new store in Chelmsford. Very helpful welcoming and professional I will be certainly returning for my second purchase. On the other hand when I received my purchase the price on the item was less than I paid, so I am returning to your store in Chelmsford to get the refund on the difference.
Ok so far not received my order yet
We arrived with a clear idea of what we wanted after researching online. There was so much choice, and the quality was excellent. The staff—Marian, Sam, and the Allan s—were friendly without being intrusive. They gave us space to browse and were available when we were ready to place our order. Although the furniture is expensive, it is built to last and looks amazing. By the way, if you are not ready to receive your order, for example, if you are decorating or waiting to move in, they will store it for you free of charge for up to four weeks.
