I had a problem with a loose cushion cover and pleased say loaf customer service was excellent. They replied to my email very quickly and are sending out a new one . Very happy to recommend Loaf.

Amazing sales experience but the returns process has fallen apart sadly. No communication, no collection agreed and it’s been nearly a month.
An update on the ongoing case with Loaf - bought the sofa on January 27th, sofa was never delivered, purchase canceled on April 5th. Today, May 15th, I’m still waiting for a refund that was never provided. After multiple attempts to discuss the matter with Loaf in good faith, I eventually lost trust on their actual intent to do the right thing, so I had to initiate a charge back process with my bank. That is a painful process, very slow because the bank has to spend a lot of time investigating the matter and everything (conversely, Loaf has the sofa sitting in the warehouse and my money sitting in their bank account). The outcome is that I’m not only short of the refund that is rightfully mine, I’m wasting hours and hours on this absurd process. And this is while I can actually find the legal path to recover my money (hopefully - yet to happen). I cannot begin to imagine how many vulnerable people out there are being targeted and wronged by Loaf and finding themselves with no recourse to recover their hard earned money and just leaving it alone. This is the lowest of the low in terms of business practices. I also opened a case with Trading Standards to have this company investigated. Hopefully that will help put an end to this sort of enterprising they put together. I also saw on the news that the Loaf CEO has just resigned (or asked to resign, who knows), which helps explain what might be going on in that place. I’m doing the small bit I can to help avoid others ending up in the same situation that I am, without the sofa, without the money, and wasting an incredible amount of time to try to get refunded. Emailed last week ref sorting out an ongoing issue. On to our second sofa that was delivered with damage/stains and so having to order again, with a change in fabric as the previous one has been discontinued (again). Customer service person helpful when got through but a week after an email I would have hoped to have it actioned already or at least had contact back. We shouldn't be having to chase every element of this process, especially when the issues are very much in Loaf's court. Original order Sept 2025, hoping for a sufficient standard sofa being delivered now by July. For balance ordered two sofas originally and one is great and without issue, sadly the other one has been a very frustrating experience. One star to reflect the current issues and contacts, which we were asked to comment on. Note the Loaf reply - those emails were generated after phoning up to check what was happening and asking why nothing had been actioned, I did not miss them. I'm sure their own call log would confirm that.
