I pre-ordered a Meaco 25L dehumidifier on the 21st Jan. I didn't expect to receive the dehumidifier for a while as it's been out of stock everywhere. I received the dehumidifier only 7 days later on 28th Jan. Very pleased with the fast delivery and would recommend this company.
I pre-ordered from Love Shopping Direct a Meaco 20L low energy Dehumidifier on 23rd December and was told expected delivery 14th jan then received an email on the 13th jan that it had been dispatched and received it 15th. Great service from both delivery couriers (DPD) and Love Shopping Direct. The Dehumidifier works great.
I ordered a Meaco dehumidifier on Tuesday afternoon, and it was delivered on early Wednesday afternoon precisely in line with the delivery courier's forecast delivery window. Very impressed with both the product, which is running now, and the speed of delivery. Well done to all involved.
Awful service! I ordered a Meaco dehumidifier in December using PayPal. They were quick enough to take my money but no delivery. I’ve tried calling them - recorded message. I’ve tried emailing them- no reply. I’ve tried live chat (the recoded message advised to do this) - guess what? No reply!!!!! I’m in the process of getting my money refunded through PayPal. I teach customer service for a college and will be using this experience in my lessons of how not to deliver good customer service.
Ordered from this company via ManoMano on the 14th of a Dehumidifier which they said I would receive between 15th-19th yet I kept checking to see when it would be shipped only to find out 2 days later and in the evening that they are refunding. No message sent to me. I have been sending messages via email, messenger and directly from my account to find out and eventually told this morning that they are out of stock YET they are still advertising as In Stock and now I have to wait 10 days for my refund when I need this money to purchase elsewhere
Ordered 2 dehumidifier from this shop (meacodehumidifiers), and due to a nationwide availability issue, they were put on back order. However, the items were delivered promptly (by DPD), and before the expected delivery date. The only downside, is LSD had opted to split my order into 2 deliveries, which caused a little confusion.
MY DISPUTE HAS NOW BEEN RESOLVED (it did take weeks and dozens of e-mails but the company have now processed a refund). They sent the wrong goods, they will not communicate with you (a message for weeks has said they have phone problems) but they will not respond to any type of message. Eventually, via PayPal, they agreed to refund the money they have taken from me if I cover the postage costs to return the wrong items they sent me. REPLY TO RESPONSE. When Trustpilot told me that you requested that they remove this review I sent them all the order information. I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND ALTHOUGH I SENT YOUR GOODS BACK TO YOU VIA THE ROYAL MAIL RETURN SERVICE YOU PROVIDED ME WITH.
I ordered a Dimplex 2000W ECR Oil free Radiator online at around 15:00 hrs on Friday 2nd December. The expected delivery estimate date was for Monday 5th December. I was surprised but delighted to receive the Package overnight and handed to me at around 10:00 am on Saturday 3rd December. Great ordering and delivery system, the Radiator is excellent. Exactly what I was looking for. Thank you.

This is an absolutely appalling company to deal with. The recorded message on their phone line that they never answer refers to live chat on their website. But there is no live chat on their website! It doesn't exist. Waiting on the phone for 55 minutes with no answer 4-5 times a day for over a month has been infuriating. I sent several emails which have been completely ignored. I bought an air conditioning unit in May for £379 which according to the manufacturer's does not function correctly. I don't believe it was the new when they sold it to me since the packaging was falling apart. The manufacturers Honeywell have told me that they are not responsible because under UK law it is the responsibility of the retailer. I'm very disappointed that this company has taken my money is refusing to communicate in any way. Throughout the entirety of this heatwave I have had to resort to buying a cheap fan because my money is tied up in this awful sale. UPDATE: I have had several phone calls from my business associates and family. Nobody from your company called me on the 2nd of August. For arguments sake let's Pretend that you did... so what is your excuse for not calling again since 2nd of August? What's the reason? It's the 18th today. You said you would call today but you haven't and it's 3.07 pm right now. Do you realize that other people can read your comments... they can see what you're saying on here. Are you not embarrassed trying to weasel out of your responsibility as an online seller? Do you think this is good for business? Are you proud of your feedback here for Love Shopping Direct? I want everybody on here to take note that this company has not responded to the PayPal dispute resulting in me having to return the goods at my own cost. £21 for a courier. £20 for insurance. £25 for packaging. Just as I was about to post this update I received the following email from them. Good Afternoon Jon, I tried to call you just now but was unable to get through or leave a voicemail. May I confirm the reason you would like to return your unit? Is it faulty or damaged? If it's damaged we advise that the product needs to be checked and tested within the 14 day return window. If that is the case, unfortunately we will not be able to take any further action. If it's faulty, we can collect it and test it in our warehouse. If it's found to be faulty, we will happily replace it as per the warranty agreement. If it's found to be not faulty upon assessment we will however need to send the unit back to you or issue a partial refund with a 50% deduction and a £75 collection charge.
