Was excited to try a new brand whose designs looked promising, but I have unfortunately never had so many issues with getting a piece of furniture delivered. I order a dining table almost 2 months ago for an event. The shipping date kept slipping with no communication to me. I had to pay for white glove delivery, and yet whenever I contact the shipping vendor, they have no way of telling me where the table is (it's apparently someone where in the U.S). It's unfortunate because I found a similar table at West Elm, but wanted to try the new brand. I am really regretting that now as they would have had the table to me in one week vs. 2 months. Wish I could have just returned this, but customer service (no live person just chat bots), would not remove the restocking fee. Def learned my lesson when purchasing big ticket items to go with the name brands who have a real supply chain and customer service who can help troubleshoot problems.
It’s frustrating that I purchased over $3,000 in 3 furniture items only to see the price drop by 30% a few days later and my item has not yet arrived. I attempted to reach them to ask them to adjust my order to reflect the new price and there is No Phone number. One cannot reach anyone by phone. I have sent 2 emails to request this adjustment on price . Have not heard back yet. Their website states if your order received free shipping or any other discount ( even if only 10 %) they will not give one the lower price even though the customer paid price is still much higher. I’m not to hopeful as a first time customer . This will determine if I ever shop with them again.
Lulu and Georgia sell really nice items. It’s not about quality. It’s about really delayed shipment times with not a lot of follow up information. Also the delivery company they use is the furthest thing from “white glove” installation and delivery. The crew that came to my house was incredibly rude and unprofessional, in addition they had no tools to put the item together and had to borrow mine. I love my furniture but I sincerely hope to never have to use their delivery service ever again. Also I reached out about the horrible service to both Lulu and Georgia and the delivery company and have heard nothing back from either one.

Delivery was outrageously expensive and box arrived damaged (over $100 to ship PILLOWS??) Two of the pillows were the wrong ones. I was later informed that they didn't have the ones I originally ordered. In one of the pillows I found a tag from the supplier for $55 for the pillow cover. Lulu and Georgia *charged me $318 for that pillow*. Absolutely insane markup that cannot be justified. Incredibly problematic on multiple fronts. I really wanted to have a good experience with my first order because the stuff is really cute, but I cannot support these types of business practices.
I purchased a lot of furniture over the years from Lulu. Their customer service reps are incredible and their design team are the best. They have always gone above and beyond to help regardless of the ask. In addition, Lulu’s pieces are unique and the quality of their product is excellent.
Love the products I received. I had a few changes with delivery and customer service reached out quickly and made changes promptly. I will continue to deal with Lulu and Georgia
