I've been really impressed with Mailwish.com so far. It's exceeded my expectations and delivers everything they promise. I truly hope their business model is sustainable so I can continue using their service long-term. Here are two features that would make Mailwish.com even better for me: the ability to manage email accounts for each domain separately and the option to create email aliases. These additions would be fantastic!
