Never Ever Sign-up With This Company

These guys fooled us to take the longterm plan and within 3 months it started getting hacked and they were blaming us, initially I though it might be the case, but once they moved to new server it started happening every other month and they start blaming our team members for someone hacking their server saying we're spamming with this email, I've repeated told them we only use this to access or use this email to login to our internal softwares and occasionally send mails to our clients but never spam anyone, now after complaining to them last week, they completely blocked us out of the system and we can't access anything.

Never ever use this company

Never ever use this company, it is a fraud, most of the time the email does not work, either you can't sent emails, or receive emails or can't login. It seems they always experiment on a production server so everyone suffers whoever using this service. Stay away from their lifetime offer and any other offer, it will loose your temper

The service is very bad

The service is very bad, I subscribed for 1 year for 2 accounts, only used it for 2 months and it was suspended for no apparent reason. without any compensation/refund. Important data is also not returned. Please be careful when using this service

Exceptional Email Service with Top-Notch Support!

I've been using Mailwish for my business email needs for a few months now, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed! The setup process was a breeze, and their support team was always available to help me with any questions or issues I had. The email service itself is rock-solid, with virtually no downtime or issues. The spam filtering is top-notch, and I've seen a significant reduction in unwanted emails since switching to Mailwish. The interface is also very user-friendly, making it easy to manage my emails and contacts. What really sets Mailwish apart, however, is their exceptional customer support. I've had a few questions and issues, and their support team has always responded promptly and helpfully. They're knowledgeable, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Overall, I'm extremely happy with Mailwish and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and feature-rich email service provider. Keep up the great work, Mailwish!

What I like

What I like: * I can have several email accounts on Mailwish for the price of one at most other major email providers. * Live chat support walks you through setup and resolves email configuration queries on the spot. * A whole suite of apps that I haven't yet explored fully.

NEVER use this service.

NEVER use this service. A few months ago I read an advertisement and bought their service. It doesn't work 90% of the time! The support constantly lies and tries to accuse you of sending spam or other violations. Don't give them destroy your business!

Mailwish does not merit your business

So you are in for a business email service, get promised a 99,99% uptime and a lot of other too good to be true perks. Reality: downtime is occurring daily, sometimes for hours. After a few months, it went down for days without any notice (we used Gmail for the account) We complain, get ignored, the usual runaround and in the end they admitted they had a server issue. Took days to resolve and never got completely resolved. When I told them I could not accept it they threatened to terminate the account. Which in the end they did. Obviously these buggers did not fool me as I did not react so they thought they won, moved the email system to our own server and called them out again and as you could guess, terminated on the spot.

Delivery does not meet the promises

I'll start by saying I'm not happy to leave a 1-star review for anybody. And I really hoped to have a good experience with Mailwish because I like plucky startups who try to provide an alternative to much bigger, more established and dominant companies. Sadly, it didn't go that way, and here we are. That said, I am going to try to be charitable in my review. I signed up with Mailwish about 3 months ago on their lifetime plan. Early on, things were going pretty well, and I was pleased. However, in the time since, I have experienced three major outages. In the case of the first two, I was informed only after reaching out to support that these were "upgrades" and the service would be back online soon. In my experience, an upgrade that is not announced in advance is not an upgrade but an outage. And "soon" is not a sufficient answer when a mission-critical system is unavailable. In the third case, it was indeed an upgrade, announced SHORTLY in advance. However, the process was so badly mishandled that I was unable to access a considerable amount of my data for DAYS. During this process, I have learned and observed the following: 1. Mailwish operates two servers (not data centers... SERVERS): one dedicated to US accounts, and the other dedicated to the rest of the world. 2. Over multiple tickets and chats, I have only ever had contact with ONE individual, who is definitely not available 24/7 (nor should he be!). There was a single exception where a second support agent responded to the ticket, but then it was picked back up by the first guy. 3. From the outside, there does not appear to be any sort of multiple redundancy or backup system.... both of which are essential standard IT practices. Mailwish promotes itself as a business email platform. BUSINESS email. This is a fundamental component of any businesses infrastructure, and reliability is ESSENTIAL. Now here's where I get charitable. I don't feel it's appropriate to badmouth the people behind Mailwish. I sincerely believe they come with good intentions and are working hard to serve their customers. But my impression is that Mailwish is under-staffed, under-funded (weigh what they are charging versus what they are attempting to deliver... the model is not sustainable without quality suffering), and unfortunately lacks the experience or infrastructure to achieve what they are promising. And that's unfortunate. I've thought long and carefully about writing this review, and I take no delight. However, if you are serious about your business, then you will want an email provider who you can count on for uptime, transparency, and reliability. Mailwish is not that provider. You'd be well advised to steer clear and place one of your most mission-critical systems with a larger provider who is well-established, fully staffed, and has the infrastructure and expertise to ensure that you can count on your email always working. Unfortunately, this is a case where you get what you pay for. Don't be swayed by bargain basement pricing. Prioritize your critical systems and make the investment accordingly.

This service is a complete joke

This service is a complete joke. Who knows how many emails I have lost over the months and I am trying to run a business but I can't because every other day my email is down and I have to wait for support to fix some bs new problem. I paid for the lifetime plan and really wish I could just get a refund and move on.
