Customer service is horrible. Trying to return the product before the trial ended but it keeps on giving me technical difficulties that the trial period has lapsed. Tried contacting customer service still no response. Contacted -PayPal because I want a full refund. The product is nonsense.
I didn't get my product, it was delivered to the wrong address and when I contacted the company about the issue they didn't resolve it, they said they had technical issues and never got anymore correspondence.
Love the foundation and will order it again.
Have attempted to return item. Was told there were system issues and no information could be accessed at this time. Have since received nothing but customer service surveys. No resolution to attempted return.
They advertise that their acne products come with clinical support but there is none if you're an Android user. The products ruined my skin barrier and the packaging of the foundation is awful. I ruined an expensive shirt taking off the cap because it pulled the pump out with it splattering foundation all over me.
Easy to order, shade match was spot on. Consistency is good, have to blend fast as it drys or use wet beauty blender, I’m okay with fast drying as it doesn’t stay wet for long on my face. I am unsure if it broke me out or it was something else in my routine unfortunately. Coverage is what I asked for, not full but not sheer. Definitely buildable. It is pricey and I don’t wear foundation let alone makeup that often to order frequently.
Did not like the product it is very thick and cakey on my skin so after one trial attempt, I decided to return the product. However, for three weeks, the system has indicated that my product has not yet been delivered and will not acknowledge my request for return. I have sent four emails requesting customer service assistance and have not received a single correspondence in response. 100% dissatisfied with this company and their product!
Absolutely loved the foundation, but had a hard time navigating the shade return webpage to exchange the shade I received and when I reached out to customer service, they said they would get in contact with me when the website was fixed, but they never got back in contact with me.
It was easy to order, the color match was spot on, the product is great, I love the coverage and how light it feels.
Experience all around was excellent. It was easy to reach a rep, change my order and manage a subscription. The produce wasn't for me in the end which made the try before you buy option a good deal. The product skin shield was easy to apply and matched perfectly(I went a shade lighter than the recommendation). My skin felt better with it on and after a wash. Easy to remove. But it was not for me as I need a sunscreen, and was not able to find a good one to go under product.
I ordered a trial period of the foundation and never received my order. It has been at the same shipping location for over a month now. I sent emails to the customer support, and only received a response once that they could not process returns. I then received an email from the company that my free trial was about to expire, even though I never received the product. I now have to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back.
LOVE the skin shield foundation! From someone who has struggled with acne for 18 years, I finally found something that doesn't clog my pores, while still offering plenty of coverage. It's light weight and feels great on your skin, it is not heavy. Couldn't recommend enough
The Skinshield foundation and concealer are amazing. It was a perfect match and have great coverage. I have sensitive Combination skin and these products have been great. No irritation or clogged pores and it last all day. Would highly recommend!
Loving the product so far, gives me that glow! The only problem is, is that the foundation is one shade too light
I took the quiz and did the try before you buy option. The shade I received matched perfectly, and doesn't feel cakey. The only downfall for me is the price. It most likely will be the reason I don't keep my subscription. However.. it is the real deal if you do the quiz correctly.
