If I could give 0 stars it would be too generous! Metro PM do not care about maintaining any properties but all they do is chase for money and keep increasing charges. Whenever you call or email, no-one replies or they do not care about following up with issues. They will only send multiple emails for charges. The company needs to be taken to court and closed down.
The accounts team have been very helpful in helping me understand the service charge demands and how to pay them as I initialy didnt understand it. Very polite and understanding, spending the time tonlisten to my concerns to do their best to help me. Very much appreciated.
I had cause to submit a further issue after some vandalism on the estate. Within 24 hours after speaking to Melanie at Metropm, a workman turned up and measured the vandalised door. The door was completely fixed within just a few days. Thanks again Melanie for such a complete resolution and a speedy response.
A huge thank you to Gillian and Chris for their determination, persistence and professionalism in pursuing recovery of service charge funds from the previous managing agents. Their help and advice to the Resident Directors was exceptional.
Due solely to the tenacity and hard work of Chris Ballantine , this site will be receiving returned funds from our previous agents. Chris you have throughly examined the accounts and as a result of your diligence and hard work, you identified additional monies that we were owed. Without both your persistence and professionalism we would not be in this position. Clearly a vast amount of time and effort has been given to this work from you it is your intention to continue to investigate to see whether more funds can be retrieved from out previous agents. The residents of the site do not always realise just how much work goes on behind the scenes and the very positive contributions that you are making on their behalf. I spoke to a lovely lady called Melanie and she was incredibly helpful. She helped me a lot and resolved my issue nice and quickly. She was on the ball and filled me with confidence after I had spoken to her. I was very happy with her service, so a big thank you to Melanie
Melanie is an excellent ambassador for Metro PM. She is efficient and extremely organised but also manages to demonstrate empathy and commitment to property owners all at the same time. She is an absolute asset to this company. I hope that they appreciate how skilful she is at dealing with customer queries whilst positively managing relationships. 100% recommend Melanie to other Metro customers.

How can we see some of this 5* service? Our latest list of gripes: * Mishandling of our client finds, resulting in our account being down to the tune of £50k * £20k of arrears with our gas supplier and in the process of being disconnected (Not for the first time, I hasten to add, as lessons were not learnt when this happened in 2022). * We have a ruptured soil pipe, which gushes on the kitchen window below (it's horrible and smells!!). This was reported over 6mths ago and still no-one has attended despite repeated reminders. * Our Freeholder is constantly having to get involved to resolve issues, as even the Directors (Mathew & Ian) are completely uninterested. Currently our building manager (Faraz) is AWOL and whilst George did a sterling job, our River Wall Project ended up being over 12months late. So whilst there may well be some cracking individuals, the overall picture is one of incompetence.
Had 2 great conversations with Melanie today. She listened properly and immediately dealt with my problem even ringing back exactly when she said she would! Friendly and easy to talk to.
