Polite friendly staff, happy to help with any questions we had, a little bit of confusion on collection hand over day with last minute member of staff change left waiting whilst they found staff member. Part ex hand over went well online documents sent and prepared in advance for convenience of signing off making transaction smoother. Regards to new car there was no spare tyre or inflation kit provided until it was asked for and the interior dash board had not been cleaned from test drive day so that was disappointing but overall a positive friendly experience with sales staff.
Took their time to show various vehicles and advise what would suit our needs the best. Always polite and patient and knew the process in detail. Dealt with Ivan and Maria

My wife and I were looking to replace our lease vehicle with a purchased alternative. The best decision we made, was to pop into TC Harrisons Omoda showroom and get introduced to a very helpful and efficient sales team. We were welcomed by sales executive Harry Brown who introduced us to the new Omoda range in a very non pushy professional manner. From the moment he introduced himself, I felt a real confidence that we were not going to be hassled into a decision. As a relatively unknown imported manufacturer, we needed to be confident that we weren't going to make any rash decisions on a significant cash purchase and Harry certainly delivered on this. Although there were a few hiccups with how we financed our purchase, none of them were the fault of Harry or the rest of the TC Harrisons team. Everything was eventually resolved and we are now in possession of a brand new self charging hybrid vehicle that has every luxury, and more, of the more conventional versions on the market. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Harry and the team. His attitude and knowledge of his product, gave me confidence we were making the right decision on such a large purchase for us. Thank you to Harry for the hard work getting this over the line. So refreshing to see someone genuinely committed to providing the best possible customer service from introduction to completion.
