I recently purchased a couple of watches from this jewellers and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The service was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful without ever feeling pushy. A special mention to Mark, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His knowledge, patience, and attention to detail really stood out, and he made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across service like this these days, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality pieces and outstanding customer care.
I was back in Banbury just to pick up something that Natasha had to correct for me . The offer was made to either post it or to deliver it in person to me as I am recovering from knee surgery , talk about a first class service!!!! And nothing being too much trouble!!!! I decided to go in to the showroom in person to collect it myself and yet again I could not of had a more pleasant visit. I am always so well looked after and made to feel so welcome,it really is like being with old friends or family! Natasha and all the team at Banbury are so thoughtful friendly and helpful. I honestly can not imagine ever going to another jewellers and would not want to as the whole business is a breath of fresh air . I can not say it enough but thank you Natasha and thank you to all the rest of the team there, you are all amazing and a credit to Michael Jones . I look forward to seeing you all soon I hope !.
