Completed my Zscaler training with them and it was really nice experience.
This is a real warning to anyone who are captivated by the excellent reviews of Multisoft posted on google. What I have experienced is a complete nightmare. The worst combination is Incompetent trainer and lousy coordination. Once they take the money you are at the mercy of instructor who will cancel and reschedule the training on a whim without informing you, giving many absurd excuses on cancellation. Instructor (Indian) is far from competent as it seems to me he just started to learn the software. There is lack of theoretical knowledge and common sense in explanation or poor understanding of course requirements. A total poser/ windbag at best who cannot even explain basic terminology but boasts how good he is at using a multitude of engineering software. What should be a simple answer can be dragged for many minutes using idiotic and time wasting filler words that serve no purpose due to poor English language skills.
Total fraud company. Don’t believe what they say. All they care is money.
I Completed my training in ABB DCS , and the trainer has covered all the necessary topics which are in par with the current Industrial scenario.
The service was perfect. Right from when I asked for a trainer. They found me a trainer in 2 days, and the training was first class. I am now better equipped and confident and the support from all the team was top class
Fake reviews. This is a scam company. Do not waste your time and money. Once you pay they will throw your training in a dustbin.
Such a worst institute I ever seen. I am a contractual trainer. Ruchika the training adviser had given me a contract for CyberArk ( Cyber Security PAM domain) for an US candidate. I have completed my 50% of training as per LOI agreement. But later she is not ready to pay my hard earned amount. When I am asking my payment she is giving hundred of excuses and all. Even same matter I took to the management too ,, But they also not given a single response and knowingly disconnecting the call too. This is totally a scam institute. Multisoft is harashing both trainer as well student too.It is not the Multisoft System private Ltd . It is a Fraud System pvt ltd. Never ever think also to visit such institute. And also my humble request to all people who got affected through this institute just take legal action against them like filing complain on consumer court or online consumer grievance portal, PGPortal or physically visit to the police station where this institute located .... Multisoft is creating a loot from this institute.
I had a very bad experience with Multisoft Systems. I enrolled in a course back in 2022 and paid the full fees in advance. The consultant, Ruchika, was responsive only until the payment was made. After that, no proper batches were arranged, and even after several complaints and follow-ups, there was no progress. I had requested lecture access multiple times, but there has been no update till now. Their official email ID was marked in CC in all my follow-ups, but I never received any support or response from them either. This has been a complete waste of money and time. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this institute to anyone.
Multisoft Systems claims to offer professional training, but their PySpark course is far from professional. The training was poorly organized, with no structure or strategy for teaching such a complex topic. The trainers don’t make any effort to ensure students are following along. The query sessions are ridiculously short—hardly enough time to even explain a basic doubt, let alone revisit a topic. Once they have your money, you’re on your own. Customer support is non-existent unless you repeatedly escalate your concerns through tickets. To make matters worse, there’s no focus on placements or real-world application of skills. Overall, this was a huge waste of money and time.
This has been a nightmare from start to finish. The course content is outdated and barely touches on real-world applications. The promised hands-on projects were non-existent, and the trainers seemed to lack any in-depth knowledge of the subject. I was constantly given vague answers to my queries, leaving me to figure things out on my own. To make matters worse, I still haven't received my certificate despite completing the course months ago. Their support team has been unresponsive and downright unprofessional. If you can't provide the basic things you promise, like a certificate, how do you expect anyone to trust you? Multisoft Systems is nothing but a money-grabbing organization that doesn’t care about its students or their future.
I can’t stress enough how bad my experience was with Multisoft Systems. The Project Management course is nothing but a collection of plagiarized material that lacks any form of originality or depth. The trainers were either underqualified or uninterested in teaching. They didn’t even bother to clear doubts or provide additional explanations. The institute also made false promises about certification assistance, which they completely ignored after taking the fees. Avoid this institute at all costs.
This institute is a disgrace. I enrolled in their Data Science course hoping to advance my career, but it was a complete waste of time and money. The trainers have no real-world experience and are clueless about industry trends. The course content is outdated and irrelevant. To top it off, they refused to issue a refund after I complained. Their so-called support team is useless and only interested in trapping you into paying more fees. Stay far away from these scammers!
I deeply regret choosing Multisoft Systems for the Oracle Developer Forms and Reports course. From the beginning, they lured me with false promises about the quality of training and personalized attention. They claimed small batch sizes of 20 people, but my batch had over 50, making it nearly impossible to interact with the trainer. The live classes were chaotic, poorly managed, and lacked any real value. To make matters worse, when I tried to withdraw due to the poor quality, they refused to refund my money, citing hidden terms and conditions that were never disclosed to me. Avoid this fraudulent organization at all costs.
The overall experience is disappointing. The sessions are rushed, and there is absolutely no emphasis on ensuring students grasp the basics. The trainers are more focused on completing the syllabus than providing quality education. You’re left feeling lost because they skip important details and move too quickly. They don’t value student feedback or concerns, and once they have your money, you’re just another number to them.
False Advertising at Its Worst Multisoft Systems preys on people looking to improve their careers by making false promises. They assured me the course would make me industry-ready and provide job placement support, but none of that happened. I am left with no skills, no job, and no refund. Their entire system is designed to trap students and milk them for money.
