namecheap is great and so easy to work with. Which is completely the opposite case with Godaddy, who are now one of the worst companies for hosting and domain management. That's why I'll continue to keep using namecheap.

I've only had great experiences with the company and the support they provide. They're quick to respond and have always identified my issues and helped me solve them. My last customer service agent was Viktor H and they were fantastic!
Two weeks ago I would have given them 5 stars. But due to a mistake of mine, where I cancelled an email inbox thinking it was the renewal cancellation, my inbox itself got terminated. This is an email inbox account for which i had already paid, which means that they wouldn't let me just recreate an email inbox. That's all I needed: an empty email inbox. I didn't even need my data on it. What a shame. Aside from that, their domain services are very adequate.

Namecheap.com stole my domains and sold them to bidders privately. They are a scam network and the domains are expensive. Useless service. I lost my $3000 dollar domain, by hosting with these thieves service 😡😓
