I’m an age now where travelling to Birmingham is more relaxing by coach than driving - I find times to travel easy enough and I like to reserve seats which again I do fine

1 hour 45 minutes to Victoria is not acceptable. This was a 10.05pm bus so traffic was light. You should be more honest about travel times. Never again.
I was trying to book our trip and the site kept kicking me out. It took me about 8 tries to get it booked.

The coach should have better instructions regarding noise music etc especially as you can hear it when sat next to someone. Speedy app for bookings and reasonable prices..
It was very quick and easy to book with national express. Always book with them and it is also cost efficient as well and usually they are on time and they have great customer service.
Easy to book & reasonably priced but the best bit is that coaches to Bournemouth are once again stopping at Hammersmith!
Amazing Service. Driver was very kind and the ride was smooth i would say there were a lot of stops than normal but i believe it was bad timing. Cheap and Premium!
