It was ok, but tbh the website isn’t to easy to use and it took time to buy the tickets. What didn’t work so well: 1. Everything you click is automatically stored in the cart, so you have to delete manually the unnecessary things. 2. What places are free to take? It would be much better if you can see all the free places on one picture for one chosen day. 3. Not everything is clear. What is CJ, what is the food that has to be payed, and why are there not enough food tickets if the places are still available? 4. As the theatre place is special, it is good to know that sitting in the first rows is not preferable, that the best places are in the middle. Conclusion: Managed to buy the tickets, but had to do a lot of googling & asking chatGPT for advice.

I didn’t check the box after filling out everything when I try to buy the ticket, but the warning red boxes appeared on every boxes. It was confusing.
Direct goed contact over diverse dingen!! Zoals tickets annuleren etc .. komen met goede oplossingen !!
Everything was explained well and it was quite easy to make the purchase about the event. One little note is that, the map (tribune, balcony etc.) of the venue can also be available on the ticket pruchase web site so that we do not need to go to the homepage to check about it.

Everything went smoothly when buying tickets. As a suggestion perhaps, when choosing a price/zone, it might be good to have a preview of the zone within that arena/concert hall.
