This situation is completely unacceptable and frankly outrageous. How do you justify rolling out upgrades and continuing to enroll new clients when your systems are clearly not functioning? You sent explicit instructions for what clients should do after the upgrade. I followed those instructions exactly, yet I was unable to connect to my MT5 account. When I reached out for support, Martin asked me to provide information that I had already submitted. This repetitive and careless handling of my case strongly suggests a deliberate attempt to delay the process rather than resolve it. I have now been prevented from trading for three days—approaching four—and despite sending numerous emails, you have failed to provide any solution. This is not a minor inconvenience; it directly impacts my trading and finances. Your lack of urgency and professionalism is unacceptable for any company claiming to be a prop firm. I went out of my way to recommend your firm to friends who were already skeptical. Now they are openly mocking my decision and reminding me that they warned me this was “too good to be true.” Your actions are actively destroying your own credibility and reputation. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately. If this continues, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter and ensure others are aware of how your firm treats its clients.
They contacted me of 2 breaches in lot size placements which I took notice of and responded back acknowledging the breach. A few days later an email came from them stating that I had breached the account 6 times (3 times with the same lot size and profit taken as the earlier email and 3 times for another lot size with same loss). I sent them an extract of my log showing that the breach they alluded to only happened twice and sought to get my account reactivated but have had no response from them for 3 days in a row. This is unacceptable as they are quick to email you of breaches but not even have the decency to respond back to my emails. This is grossly unacceptable.
