Payout rejected due to news trading, but when i checked the news wasnt even at the time they said i had . Also I had 2 accounts didnt even give me a reason for the 2nd account . Just rejected payout and closed my account.

Customer support is also mainly handled through Discord, and responses appear to be limited to weekdays (Monday–Friday) rather than 24/7 support. This can make it difficult to get assistance quickly if an issue comes up during the weekend. The payout timeline also feels quite long. While payouts are advertised as 14 days, this seems to refer to working days, which effectively stretches the wait to around 3 weeks. After that, there will be an additional 5–7 days for processing, which can make the total wait close to a month. Another concern is that during review, traders may be informed that the 25% consistency rule was breached, even when they are close to completing the process. That can be discouraging after putting in the effort to reach the payout stage. In my opinion, rules like this can slow down growth and compounding. A tiered structure could potentially work better—for example, maintaining stricter consistency rules for smaller accounts while allowing more flexibility for larger capital allocations. From my perspective, other prop firms are moving toward faster payouts and fewer restrictions, which can make growth and compounding easier for traders. Overall, this was my personal experience. If the firm were to improve areas like payout speed, support availability, and the 25% consistency rule structure, I would reconsider my experience with them. Hello, I just wanted to play with my winnings and in the end they shut down your account as if you were a beginner. A platform to really avoid. After several messages to customer service, there has been no response. I’ve never seen anything like this in 5 years. No matter how much profit you make, they close your account… scam. PS: If they decide to lift my suspension, I will be ready to change my review, since my profits are on their platform.
