Overall, the trip was good. The only issue was that we booked for four people with kids, and we were told on the bus that children had to sit on laps during the ride. After I explained my concern, they allowed us to sit as originally expected with our own seats. However, this should have been explained more clearly in advance to avoid misunderstandings. I also felt there was a bit of pressure to purchase extra things during the trip, although that may just be my personal impression. The cenote was amazing, and the food, show, and Chichen Itza were all great. However, everything felt a little rushed. I would say the first stop could have been shorter, especially since they took us to a store and gave a very long presentation encouraging people to buy locally made stone products, which were quite expensive. Personally, I felt it was overpriced. They also mentioned not buying from vendors at Chichen Itza because they were “dangerous,” which did not seem true. You can find very similar items there for much lower prices, but of course those are not their affiliated vendors. That said, this is just my personal opinion

When we got off the plane when out side to taxis station. Nexus tour was easy notice. The rep was friendly and professional. Wanted less then 10 mins for our ride.
My recent trip to Puerto Vallarta was easy and stress free thanks to Nexus tours. The transport to and from my resort was well planned and executed and at no time did I feel like I wasn't taken care of. As a solo female first-time traveller, I never felt unsafe and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment.
