Very bad service in Mexico airport. They don’t care people they keep you stand 40 minutes before allowing you get to The bus. Explained them i have a problem with leg can’t stay that long they keep lying bus not hear but bus ye was there
Service would have been 5 stars but the driver was 15 minutes late. Still he was polite and explained to me I had a different terminal to go to from the other passengers.
The transportation was on for my arrival and departure. Both drivers were professional and friendly.

Scheduled a van; they send me a confirmation and a pick up time. I arrived early and the van never showed up. I ended up paying $75 on a taxi and they still haven’t given me a refund for what we paid for.

Bus guide was amazing, informative and entertaining. Driver was professional and the baggage handler was quick and careful. Didn't partake in any of the excursions so can't really say anything about the onsite representative.
