I ordered a Palestine necklace online. It was shipped from China as I was able to view the tracking information. It took a while for it to arrive and when it it did, it was poorly packaged. There was no presentation box. The necklace doesn't even look as good as advertised online, looks rather cheap and tacky. I personally think it's a overly priced even though it's on clearance and not worth the money. I agree with the previous reviews that it's all just a scam! Do not order!

I honestly thought my order was going to get lost because I completely forgot to add my house number during checkout 😭 totally my fault. I contacted customer service expecting them to be annoyed, but they were actually sooo understanding and kind about it. They fixed the address for me without making me feel bad at all, and they even gave me a gift code because of the shipping delay. Like WOW WOW WOW!!! you don’t get this kind of service often anymore.
I ordered the rawdat bracelet because the meaning behind it really spoke to me, but I didn’t expect to love it this much when it arrived. I’m based in London, UK, and honestly it’s hard to find pieces here that feel this personal and this well made at the same time. It’s super comfortable to wear, doesn’t feel cheap at all, and the little details make it feel really special. Beware! This company is running a scam. They have images of fake Trustpilot reviews where they claim that they are "Rated 4.6/5 based on 1821+ Customers". In reality they had no reviews whatsoever before this one. This company claims to have been operating for 4 years although their website was only registered in February 2026. Additionally, on the main page of their website they claim that "if you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 120 days, we’ll refund your money no questions asked". However when I attempted to cancel an order before it was even shipped they refused and claimed that returns are not possible. They then directed me to a refunds policy page which stated that they sell "dietary supplements" when in fact the items they are supposedly selling is jewelry. They have since edited that page but the web archive remains. They also claim to have been featured in Vogue, Elle, Harper's Bazaar, and Women's Health magazines, when in fact no such mentions exist. There are other reports on Reddit and Facebook where others warn of the same fraudulent activity. This store needs to be shut down immediately. It is a complete scam that just drop ships cheap quality items from Temu or other similar vendors.
