The online purchase process was super easy.
The product is tasty but does basically nothing. I believe it is a scam product. When I contacted the company about their money back guarantee, they first offered me 20% refund, which I refused and reminded them that they had a full moneyback guarantee within 30 days, then they offered a 30 % refund and then a 50% refund. When I again stressed that their advertisement included the 100% money back guarantee, the person who was emailing me said she'd have the "team" review it and get back to me. They have not, and I have sent numerous emails asking for a response. Clearly this is a scam operation - just pineapple flavored gummies and nothing more.
The product does work.

The product made me sick, with stomach pain and diarrhea. I contacted customer service for my return they advertise a no hassle, full refund, which is a lie. They said it’s too expensive and a hassle for me to return the product so they would reimburse me 20%. When I didn’t accept they went up to 30%. Now they are offering me 50%. Their offer of a “no hassle full return” is a total lie!!! I hope the product work for you but returning it is a hassle and I’m not getting offered a full refund as promised.

I left a one star review here and they replied and asked me to contact them after they validated my experience in seeking a refund as "infuriating". I followed their instructions and expected to have my refund processed correctly. Instead, I got dismissed and a runaround that they're giving me 70% back, not 100% back. I am contacting the NYS consumer protection office. Even their replies to reviews are a scam; designed to sound empathetic, but meaningless. Do not order from this company
