I had a horrible experience with @nurserylive, ordered a couple of fertilisers & plants. That order never turned up, I continued to mail and Whatsapp them but to no avail. I finally told them to cancel my order but no response, no refund. They are forcefully holding on to my money and not replying to my emails. They’re crooks, please don’t ever make the mistake of ordering from them.
The delivered plant was damaged, when written to nursery live they responded will provide Gift card for the damaged plant......after that they are absconding no response no gift card nothing very bad support. Please don't order though Nursery live.
Sent dead plants. Have ordered 4 rose plants and 2 of them were dead.
Notable deterioration of quality from 2021 to 2024. Late delivery, sending wrong plants, and cancellations at random have made this untrustworthy. I returned a plant and I have not received refund still. Very bad experience.
It's been month since I ordered, but not delivered yet , customer service 0 , no telephone number for communication.
The Delivery of plants was very very late, so wanted to cancel the order hence I wrote an e-mail (Since there is no phone number for support) for which I got no reply and one item is still missing with no reply to this mail as well
They take forever to deliver your products. Not just plants but planters as well. No surprise the plants are not fresh. Very poor service. If you order something as a gift, you will be disappointed.
I do not feel like giving atleast 1star to them.I would just rate them 0 and less than that. My order has been placed on October 20th 2023 from that time till 2november 2023 they are saying me that order is In transit. And they are not even allowing me to cancel my order which is Ridiculous! And this cannot be encouraged. I rate them 0 for their delivery services and their customer service. I got my delivery after 10days. None of my plants are alive and breathing now. We have ordered by paying so much money and what is the use now. It is their worst delivery system and customer service management for not following up with their concerned delivery partner to deliver the orders to the customer at right time. I would suggest everyone DO NOT BUY PLANTS FROM THEM. if you want lively and breathing plants please do not but from them The rate I would give you is 0 on 5 for their over all service Thankyou
I have order multiple plants from Online Plant shopping website nurserylive com, I received the all products in some day interval. Many Products/Plants are in bad condition and some are almost dead, Very few of them were in good condition. I have raised the issue and created the ticket on their website, there are no Customer care no. provided by them. I have raised the ticket with in 3 hours after receiving the product. Initially they asked to keep under observations for some days, I follow the instructions but I am continuously receiving the damaged and dead products and I am adding that in the same conversation. There were some missing and wrong products also. After continuous follow up and complains they have shared the Gift Card of Rs.10. And after that they disappeared, they did not replying to my emails . I tried to create multiple tickets on their website so in hope that they will reply back. After one and half month they replied on the new order ticket, which again they sent the damaged products. Till now I have ordered more than Rs.7500 from their website and when I calculated the cost of damaged or dead and wrong products it was more than Rs. 2000. When I asked what about compensation or replacement of other Products, they told they already shared the Gift card of Rs. 10 for that. They also added that I should have shared the issue within 48 hours after delivery then they might have replace the products. But when I showed them that I raised the ticket with in 3 hours of delivery, then they replied they can't do anything now. I checked their reviews on every platform, people from all over India have gave them poor review, It's not only me, they are doing this fraud to so many people across the India. If they are not having any local vendors then they should not accept orders for the long distance delivery. I have waited for 1 .5 months for the resolutions from their side but I got only Rs. 10 gift card in return. I just want have a proper solution for all my concern, and now I want complete refund of my damaged product of Rs.2000 and If they should also give compensation of my 1.5 month wasted for waiting in hope of my solution and affecting my mental peace. So, that I have to take this action from my busy schedule.
Worst of the Worst Treatment when it comes to Refunds. Inspite of Numerous mails and whatsapp messages, no one in bothered to reply. Even i had mentioned in the mail that if issue is not sorted out with a weeks times I would write a negative comment on the review, waited for two weeks, still no one is bothered to reply such an arrogant attitude, ignoring the customer
