Bloody scammers. I ordered a plant from them and a few seeds. It was never delivered. Even reaching out to customer support didn't solve my issue.
I had ordered 3 items in that so far I have received only one. I have send them 10 updates including raising the ticket. These people don't bother to respond and they talk about the product already delivered. It is one of the worst website on customer service. They don't even know what to answer. I have lost my money
Ordered three plants but received only one, which was poor quality. After I complained, they replied a week later promising delivery within 48 hours—nothing arrived. Another week passed with the same message and still no plants. Now they claim the order was delivered, with no evidence and no plants received.
I would like to raise a concern regarding my recent order. The delivery was incomplete, and despite following up multiple times over 2–3 days, I was repeatedly assured that the remaining items would be delivered within 48 hours. Unfortunately, this commitment was not fulfilled. It has now been over a month, and I have not received the pending items. Additionally, my subsequent attempts to reach customer support have gone unanswered.
I ordered 2 plants paid up but received only one plant. Writing to them for 15 days neiher plant got delivered nor money got refunded. Today I git a whatsapp revert it is already delivered. Pls don't TRUST them and pay upfront. Very disappointing first time experience! I dont recommend you buy from them at all!!

Nurserylive.com has yet to deliver the plants that I ordered from this website on January 7 2026. They have kept me going around in circles regarding this. All of a sudden, the delivery status on their website against my account shows the items as "delivered." Delivered where? To whom? My money has gone down the drain. I have requested for a refund if they are unable to fulfil the order, but it seems the company has no intention of doing that. I am now very sure that the positive reviews on their website are all fake. Nurserylive.com is a scamming website that is tricking people into paying for items that they will never receive. The people behind this website are scam artists who continue to defraud people on daily basis, earning lakhs of rupees in the process. They need to be arrested, and the website needs to be shut down.
Ordered Vinca seeds, received celosia. Ordered damascus rose and received a normal one from a local nursery and it didnt survived..Never ever going to buy from them again
I have ordered plants worth 2000 plus in June 2025, and every time I create a ticket in their customer support they are telling me that it’s been shipped and I’ll receive it soon. I almost wrote to them around 20 times and they have the same response
Placed order with Nursery live on 3rd Dec received wrong plant in carry bag from local vendor... complained on the same & asked for refund for entire order, still waiting..no contact details, customer care gave wrong number...asked to cancel remaining product, no answer....my worst experience with plant purchased online, other sites are much better
It’s a scammers! Never give your money to them! By them refund policy in 24h after order you can cancel it. I made my order 17 November in the morning, in the morning 18 November I tried to cancel it, but they said it’s impossible because my order already on the way and gave me tracking number. Till 19 November I tried to check this tracking number- but NO one delivery service hadn’t any information about this. After on Indianpost I saw this: “Booked On: 19.11.2025” So they booked parcel after my cancellation request! But firstly said me that they can’t cancel because already send parcel!
The first batch of plants that arrived were good. I immediately placed another order over 3 weeks ago. I haven't received my order and the customer support has stopped responding. I guess I've lost my money.
Disappointing Experience with Nurserylive – Not Worth ₹2000 I recently purchased a product worth ₹2000 from Nurserylive, and I’m extremely disappointed with the whole experience. Not only was my order incomplete (several items were missing), but their customer service is absolutely useless. I tried reaching out multiple times, but I didn’t get any helpful response or resolution to my issue. It’s frustrating to spend money on a product, only to receive something half-heartedly packed and then struggle to get any support. Definitely won’t be buying from them again. Very unhappy with both the product and the service!
Sent damaged product.But not responding to replace. Buying plants in nurserylive.com is equalto throwing money in dustbin. I spent 1500/-for five plants. neither replacing nor returning money. They delivered plants in 13days. that too after 30-30 repeated phone calls only they delivered the product. No plant can survive with 13days delivery period.
Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Buy from Nurserylive! I ordered 10 plants from Nurserylive, and the experience was a complete disaster. Two of the plants arrived dead. One was never delivered at all. The remaining ones were in terrible condition—wilted, unhealthy, and clearly not cared for. I sent them photos as proof, requested a refund for the dead plants, and asked when the missing item would be delivered. They have completely ignored my messages. No response, no resolution, no accountability. This is not just poor service—it’s unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and do not order anything from this website. There are far more reliable and customer-friendly options out there.
