Not really the best experience. They send quite fast the products. I ordered the wired handsfree but don't work. I'm now trying to figure it out with customer service how I will send it back to them and if they will return my money. At least the customer service will always reply to you.
I ordered a foot massage mat and after delivery I noticed it was slightly damaged due to a fabric disorder. The service desk of Nuvance contacted me without delay and offered sending a new mat. Free of charge and already the next day!! Great service and Friendly people. I very much recommend this company and shall order again.
I bought an USB hub with 7 ports from this company last year. After a year the device started to have issues. Although the warrenty was expired I contacted Nuvance to see if there was a firmware update for this device. Unfortunately there wasn't, but they have send me a new device completely free of charge. Very well appreciated. Thank you Nuvance.
I overpayed watch just because you offer delivery in two day’s it’s four days after datę and I receive message that you can help me after 5 day’s. Soo not nice !
