Very disappointed in this organization. Do not have an issue with odd shapes but with the poor quality of the produce. Most of the products were either not ripe or over ripe. In terms of saving money I had to throw so much of it away. Yesterday a delivery was postponed and scheduled for delivery today. They say they are enclosing proof of delivery but the box never made it to the door. Since they have proof guess I'll just write it off as a loss. After this experience I will never refer this to anyone!
Nice selection of veggies, large box, but for a family of 4, the quantity is maybe too little. I am creative so I've been able to manage. I won't cancel but will not order every week. I also did not realize it was a subscription.
I love not having to shop for produce. I get a nice selection of things, including things I might not normally try, which allows me to get creative in the kitchen. Having food delivered to my door is a massive time savings and a massive food savings. I’d absolutely recommend it.
Honestly, this was amazing! It was my first time ordering and I was truly blown away by the freshness, the tracking, and how smoothly everything was delivered. And really, who cares if an apple is a little smaller than usual when the quality and taste are this good!
A. Love the veg selection. Very good. B. Some difficulties with customer service, their ticketing system for customer service is a bit antiquated C. The local courier brought my stuff elsewhere, which is dumb since the pictures of my front door is in their system from previous orders. It's been overnight and a morning and still not fixed. It has been vold here so hopefully tge items are not mush or stolen or ....?
Every week we are excited about the unique eating experience we will be treated to. Fresh fruit of varying types and a consistent new variety of vegetables are unique and abundant. Leaves the guess work out of what to buy that week. Great deal on the box and a great eating adventure.

Love receiving the weekly delivery. All produce has met or above expectation. Amazing mixture of fruit and veggies in the small mixed box. Great delivery too. Keep up the great work Odd Bunch.
I took advantage of the one time free shipping promotion for the first order. I purchased the entry level small box as a trial run. All of the produce I received was good quality. However, it was vastly different than what was initially advertised. I was supposed to receive 3 avocados, 4 apples, 2 bunches of green onions and ~1.2lbs of sweet potatoes. I was instead given 1 eggplant, 2 carrots, 3 pears and a butternut squash. A few other items were provided as advertised, but overall I was quite let down by not receiving what was originally promised. They seem to just send you whatever they feel like without any form of consistency with the marketed menu. Buyers beware

I really like the delivery to my house which saves getting everything in the store and then bagging it up on my walker to get home. The produce is fresh and I have told several people about OddBunch. I have been getting deliveries since March. Only had one issue which they dealt with very quickly. Am trying the juice products this week so looking forward to trying them.
