Ordered May 7, it's May 14th and still nothing from this vendor, I will NEVER order again from them. I ordered from another vendor WAY after I ordered from this company and have already received from the second vendor.
I ordered on March 21st, they didn’t send it until March 27th. So much for their 3 day turn-around. Their c/s is not easy to contact as they take their sweet time getting back to you. I’m done. IDC how good their products smell.
Do not order in the USA! I got a $19.20 from tariffs/fedex on my $16.00 perfume! Also the women’s fruity perfume I ordered smelled like a men’s cologne. They did send me a new one free of charge but now I’m worried I’m going to get another tarifa bill for this.
The oil was great. Yesterday I received an email from FedEx for import charges related to this order. I called the number on the invoice and the number from the order confirmation I received. Someone needs to take care of this.
These perfume oils that I ordered do not need any praise as their high quality says it all – sophistication. These perfume oils are a perfect blend of luxury oils and fragrance. Oil Perfumery has wonderful customer service. I really love this company; I am so pleased with every aspect of my dealings with them.
I had an issue with my order and customer service responded within hours to my email. They were super helpful and replaced my order right away. When I got the new product Matcha26, it was amazing and I got compliments right away when I put it on. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you!
Honestly i seen these folk on a facebook ad and had to give them a try creed aventus is my all time favorite scent and they knocked it out of the park my wife even noticed how much better this stuff is than the original aventus keep on rocking guys youre doing good
Ive been looking for this scent since it discontinued. The Armani mania is pretty spot on. The nostalgia dump was real. Great scent, you nailed it. Definitely will be buying again!
I placed an order on Dec 5th. I was sent an email that my order would be sent to me via FED EX with a delivery number 3 weeks later I am still waiting. when I contacted them they finally got back to me to tell me that they did not have the product and did I want a refund or replacement. I said yes I want the refund. I am still waiting Stay away!!!! Sad I was excited now I think I am getting ripped off.
I have ordered from oilperfumery.com in the past and have been pleased with the product. But I’m completely blown away by the fact that I placed an order on December 8 and it’s not to be delivered until December 29. And I reached out to them just for some clarity and I’m told that there was a delay in processing. And it’s very clear that they knew that this delay was in place, but they made no effort to disclose that to customers, and I find that to be incredibly manipulative and have no desire to do business with them ever again.
The ad states 1-4 days shipping. Today makes 10 and item still has not shipped…
Placed an order on 28th November, received an email on 1st December saying my order had shipped however on closer examination on FedEx website the tracking just said that a label had been created and that they were still waiting to receive the package. So basically a complete lie. I waited until 7th December but still no change to the FedEx situation. I therefore emailed the customer contact email at oil perfumery but 24 hours later no response so have emailed again not looking very hopeful so I will have to contact Amex tomorrow to put my payment into dispute, All very disappointing and a complete waste of time.
I used to be a big fan of Oil Perfumery. Their products were great and I recommended them to friends, but my most recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order months ago and was told one of the items was on back order. Fine — that happens. But they never offered a substitution, never gave an updated timeline, and now they’ve gone completely silent. I’ve emailed multiple times asking when my order will ship and haven’t received a single reply. At this point it feels like I’m just being ignored. It’s sad to see a company I used to trust decline like this. I hope they get their customer service back on track, but based on this experience, I can’t recommend them anymore.
I was very excited when I found this website. I love perfume oils but the selection OP offered was something never seen elsewhere. I have now bought over 30 perfumes and may not order again. Reasons??? 1. Ordering issues. Always something or the other. They say buy 12 and get 2 ... but till I added the 13th the second free one didn't appear! Not a big deal though. 2. The perfumes are far from originals ones. Even this might be subjective. 3. Essentially the two categories they have is Arabian based and western based, within these two categories, the fragrances almost smell similar or just a slight variant to each other! This is the single most reason why I may not buy from them again. 4. To top it off ... now they have Tarriffs which are not disclosed during ordering. How do I know where they are shipping from ... with this reason, I may not order from them again. If Canadians are banning US tourism, why do they want to sell their products in US?
I ordered a Le Lebo Gailac 10 to try. It was absolutely amazing most likely better than Le Lebo, as this is a an amazing oil. Absolutely gorgeous.
