These crooks are the absolute worst company to deal with!! They make it near impossible to withdraw your money, hoping you'll just give up. I've been sending bank documents for a month now, yet they keep getting rejected. There is zero customer support!!!! I just keep getting generic emails. I will never spend another cent on this site and will actively inform people to avoid this site.
Poker stars ontario are the biggest crooks at their casino games for sure. Completely rigged.
I played a $25 Spin and Go last night and the prize pool was $75. When I got heads up it said checking location and sat me out. I kept trying to hit the "I'm Back" button and it didn't do anything. I got to watch my hands get folded for 14 hands in a row to lose it. I contact support and they don't refund it and said they had to send it to technical team and they also left the conversation abruptly Not sure why they need to check location every 10 seconds. I don't recommend anybody to use poker on this app.
They change the rules and prizes without notification and when you complain they say its in the fine print on their updated website. Limited giveaways. You can only play poker with a limited number of players.
