I ordered a fast charger with free delivery (over €30) but then realised it did not come with the cable. I went straight back in and bought the cable and paid very quickly without realising they were going to charge me for delivery (below €30). I immediately contacted customer support to let them know my mistake and asked them to waive the delivery fee, which I felt was not unreasonable as the orders were less than 30 minutes apart, and I assumed they would send both items in one package. They refused, and when I sent a follow-up email to kindly request they reconsider (and if they didn't, I would not shop with them again), they flatly ignored me! If they eventually reconcile, I will remove this review.

Next day delivery failed, in fact they only shipped the charger after I asked them for a tracking number after 2 days, and by the time the charger finally arrived I had already bought from another place. They refused to cover return cost for me sending the charger back (even though they did not live up to the promised next day delivery) and I am still waiting for a refund of the order.
The charger which I bought arrived quickly and it is of high quality.

Ordered GoPro batteries and charger via opladers.nl website. No email received for my order. Money taken out of my bank account. No product received. Buyer not responding to emails or messages via their website!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!! UPDATE: After writing this review and then messaging the company on Facebook, I received a reply and my money was refunded. I won't be ordering from this company in future.
