What an ABSOLUTE JOKE this company is! I used their Prize Freeze option less than 24 hours ago that was supposed to keep my flight for 3 DAYS and today I received an email that my flight sold out. Are you bloody serious? What does “freeze” mean in your books?! Is it “I’ll have someone pay the deposit and sell it to a different person”?? Unbelievable
I was canceled my opodo account but they anyway was stealing money from bank account for prime.

Opodo is a part of Edreams and it’s not mentioned on the website. They will charge you for membership by saying that you have used Edreams and would make it an issue to refund the amount. While speaking to customer care they made excuses like there’s a system glitch and would disconnect the call and not provide any assistance

Avoid at all costs - Customer Service is absolutely awful. Takes hours to eventually get through to a call centre, seemingly in India. It took us over 2 months, and countless hours on the phone to get a refund for a flight (cancelled by the airline), the procedure for getting a refund changed with every call and we were just continually passed between the airline itself and Opodo - neither taking responsibility for the refund due, which definitely lay with Opodo, as that was who we booked our entire package holiday with in the first place. Any discount/deal received on the price of the original booking was far outweighed by the time spent, stress and frustration caused by having to deal with them. We certainly would NEVER use them again.
I cannot stress this enough: stay far away from OPDO. I cancelled my subscription, yet they kept taking money from my account and then refused to refund it. Trying to resolve the issue was a nightmare. The call centre — based in Nigeria — made it incredibly difficult to be heard, and the agents showed little understanding of the situation. Instead of helping, they denied my cancellation and acted as if the unauthorised charges were somehow my fault. This company operates with zero integrity. Their behaviour is unethical, and their customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Avoid OPDO like the plague.
