I want to personally thank Leo and Jasper for hanging in there with me. We had to wait a while for the storage company to open up and they stayed with me. A third mover was there but bailed on us before we even got started. Not a single complaint from Leo and Jasper. They just went into like it was no big deal. Very thankful to both. I appreciated their attitude working with me and handling my household items. Thank you both for making this as easy as it could be.
I had pack and go move me from Kansas City to Los Angeles, I have received my items today. Couple of boxes were damaged due to that I had it packed by myself and I was explained by Frank that I had to fill it up fully so there’s no air left in them. Besides that, all I can say is that these people do care what they do. Everything was wrapped with blankets, and when I say everything I literally mean everything - Alex wrapped 6 metal floor lamps in blankets which looked really funny to me, but it shows you right away how they treat your items. I booked my move through a broker and I had an impression that all additional miscellaneous items will be packed and there won’t be any extra charges. That was not the case. They came up with an extra $324 for packing materials which included 7 wardrobe boxes, 12 large boxes, a tv box (65 inch: OLED screen 👌🫠) and 4 mirror boxes the manager gave me $200 discount on it. TL;DR: USA Pack & Go delivered someone else’s belongings, couldn’t tell me where my items were for days, never returned calls, used non-employees during delivery (one behaved inappropriately and made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe), damaged property, and showed zero accountability or follow-up. Poor communication, serious professionalism issues, and unacceptable handling of a move. Full Review To start off, USA Pack & Go delivered someone else’s belongings to my apartment on Christmas Day after telling me to be there at 9 a.m., causing me to rearrange my holiday. Boxes and mattresses were incorrectly labeled with my name despite this being another persons belongings. The driver admitted he didn’t know where my items were, and it took the company days to locate my belongings, during which I received no return calls or updates despite repeated attempts to contact them. Two men assisting the driver were not company employees, and one behaved inappropriately by making personal comments, asking for my number, and returning to my door after leaving, which made me feel unsafe. I called daily from December 25 asking for updates and a discount due to the error and delays. I received no response. The driver later arrived the day before, was told last minute thus forcing me to rush home. When I asked again about a discount, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional remarks and name calling. After the delivery was made my furniture was chipped and couch was torn and the driver made a comment about how I have cheap furniture and need to get better wood, then proceeded to rush out when they were done. I have documentation showing payment had to be refunded due to the incorrect delivery. Based on the lack of communication, mishandling of property, and safety concerns, I would strongly caution anyone considering this company.
