I purchased a postage label from them for £265.25, which includes £6,060 in insurance. I dropped off the parcel on Friday, but there has been no update since then. The carrier collected all parcels from the drop-off point on Saturday and again today, but my parcel still hasn't been updated since I dropped it off on Friday. I attempted to use their live chat, but it always states that they are unavailable. I have created two tickets, but I have yet to receive a response. It feels as though they are ignoring my concerns. The only option left may be to consider legal action. It is quite disturbing and shocking that there is no effective way to contact this company.
Please add FedEx back in your catalog. All other your service is amazing.

DO NOT USE. Delivered my package damaged - even their own website advised it was damaged on delivery and then refused to pay compensation for the item This is despite additional insurance been paid to cover the item. Photos of the damaged item were also provided by the receiver There customer service was beyond shocking. Delayed and incoherent replies. Failing to answer questions or issues raised throughout and refusal to contact management to discuss further.

Very misleading pricing - for a website aimed at individuals not businesses, they hide the fact that some couriers will charge extra for delivery to residential addresses. I only found this out after my parcel had been delivered. Contacted customer services but they weren't interested
