FedEx, the carrier I arranged through Parcel Compare, lost my parcel, which I ensured to the value of £150. I have evidence by way of receipts for this value. After dragging their heels and making the process unnecessarily prolonged, Parcel Compare finally agreed to pay compensation of £102 on 28th April. They told me to wait 14 days for the money to reach my account. This period has elapsed and I have still not received my payment, not even postage costs for a parcel declared lost at the end of March. Now they are ignoring my emails. The customer service has been atrocious, on top of the fact that they did not fulfil the contract for which I originally paid. I would not recommend either Parcel Compare or FedEx and will never use again.
Booked for a parcel to be collected from my bothers in Lincolnshire to be delivered to me in Sussex. Was given a 1 hour collection slot on the day, and the item arrived to me the next day! Super service.
