Great value Cheaper than UPS even though it ended up with UPS. Dropped one star only because the price did sneak upwards during the booking process - still great value.
They charged my card for 2 transactions which wasn’t authorised they said in email ups had added extra charges. As it happens I’m in direct contact with a customer representative from ups regarding my settlement for damages and they say they have absolutely not added more charges! I’ve forwarded the emails and screen shot of the payments to ups. This is fraud and they have used ups name to try and scam money out of me! Reported
