They are not committed with days of shipping for Mazda Parts 2-5 days. It is taking longer. Not recommended. A better customer service needed.
Well I think I might of been scammed!!! I emailed 3 times to see if they had a tracking number and no answer. I register to check on my order and nothing comes up. The only email I have from them is that it was processed. Update: after a few days they contacted me and said the had a long holiday that week. The next day they shipped the part. They did use the wrong address so had to talk to DHL to change it. Just got the part this Saturday. I think they need better communication with their customers.
Products won't ever come, be safe and buy from a more reputable option.
Ordered a door seal for toyota prado, came in 4 days. From UAE to New Zealand. Looks all genuine and fits perfectly. Was very happy with product and service. Thank you.
Not long ago bought goods from sellers, feedback was fast. During the week, my order was collected and sent. He got it, details original, I'm pleased. If any part is not on the warehouse, because of this time of processing your order increases. All patience. Luck😉
I am satisfied with my order. The parts are genuine and they offer good prices. The handling time can sometimes be longer depending on the parts you have ordered. Overall I am satisfied.
Should have trusted the negative reviews! It looks like these are scammers. I ordered a few parts in excess of $600. They advertise 1 to 5 days dispatch time. It's been three weeks already and the order still shows processed. Sent them three emails. No response. Called them and it goes to the machine. Do not order from these guys. I will initiate a dispute trough PayPal. Also, I will contact local authorities in their emirate. I will get my money back...one way or another. Lesson learned! Update.. Within hours of posting my review the order was cancelled. I asked for a full refund. If not, I will escalate. Last update... I added two more stars. I was able to straighten things out with them. I got most of the parts I ordered and a refund for the difference. Parts are genuine. It's just that it took longer time than I expected and I had to waste my time dealing with this. I had to go through PayPal to get things resolved.
Update... since writing this review, Partsnext sent me an email informing me the order is cancelled, no other information given. Since then I have also received a further email saying that a refund is being processed. I believe that, without this review and others in social media, the issue would not have been resolved for me. Ordered and paid for a part and received email confirmation. I received a notice saying the order was being processed. A week later I emailed to ask about delivery date and after a few days got a reply saying they would be in touch and the order was still being processed. I have emailed several times since then but no reply and no communication or delivery of parts. This is a scam.

PartsNext has proven to be a very reliable resource for me to purchase genuine OEM products for my older Nissan vehicle. Their reasonable rates on product costs and shipping have saved me hundreds of dollars and delivery is always quick and fully trackable from the UAE to my doorstep in the USA.
PartsNext has done an excellent job of shipping the items I required in a fast and affordable manner. In looking for new sources of supply for my business, I am going to be using PartsNext more in the future.
Update: Company pretty quickly and without much hassle replaced the incorrect part. First time using this site. I 100% did not order the incorrect part as the pictures for the two items aren't even the same. Took a chance ordering from here but learned my lesson. Trying to get a refund now
Ordered twice from them now. excellent service. 3 and 7 days respectively from payment till I received the parts at my house in South Africa. Well done PartsNext and DHL.
I ordered the wrong part, this company does not accept returns or refunds if you have ordered the wrong item. This is unlike many other companies that at least give you 14 days to return for a refund. I guess this is because this company is outside the EU?
