Incredibly unprofessional customer service. The work carried was fine, but sadly the customer service was vile. They did not attend when booked in initially, they then cancelled and rescheduled twice for further work to be carried out. Once the work was completed, the invoice had doubled from what was agreed and to top it all off they repeatedly called back to back up to five times at a time when they did not get an answer (I was at work so couldn’t answer) and followed up with a very rude and threatening text. I am highly disappointed in what seemed to be a good small company. Sadly will not be using them again.

Boiler developed a fault half way through a shower, phoned the last people to service it, wouldn't touch it out of warranty, tried the manufacturer, wouldn't come to check it. Did a little googling, found Peacock with good reviews and gave them a call. Tian got back to me quick and, despite being fully booked in that day, he came round after work to have a look, tested a few possibilities, ordered a part that evening and came round the morning affter the part arrived - before his (again fully booked) work day had even started so that he could get our boiler back up and running. Highly reccomed Peacock. Fast, very thorough, really lovely, upfront and a good price. Feel lucky to have found them!
