Perfect Subscription Box

I subscribed last year, and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far! My dog absolutely loves the beefy bites and the quality of everything is top-notch. It's the perfect way to spoil my dog and discover new products I wouldn't have found otherwise. Highly recommend pet friendly for any pet owner!

PetFriendly indeed!!!

The products and service are exactly what I was looking for. I love having everything delivered every month so I don't have to make trips to the store to get what I need. Our dog LOVES the Beefy Bites, which is great, because we can use them as a high-value treat on walks, and they're so much less messy than hot dogs or chicken. And the Brilliant dental stick has improved her bad breath MASSIVELY. I also use the Daily supplements as pill pockets. It's just an all-around great experience.

I've been a customer for 3 years and…

I've been a customer for 3 years and have never had an issue with fleas in my home or on any of my pets. Fleas are NO JOKE here in Florida and this stuff actually works

Awesome company, awesome products

We signed up for Petfriendly for my dog's flea protection. We haven't had any issues since then. We don't apply treatment in the winter, so I accidentally overstocked. I contacted customer service and the women I talked to was super helpful to put our subscription on hold until we needed it again … BUT our dog loved the free treats they sent each month. It turns out they sell a bigger bag of their "BeefyBites"!! So we get those now until we need treatment again in June. WE LOVE PETFRIENDLY!

Works great!

I'm shocked by all the poor reviews on here. The flea and tick treatment works great. My shipments always arrive on time. If I need to pause the shipment, or change something, I send an email and usually receive a response within 24 hours if not sooner. I still highly recommend them!

Horrible customer service for a simple issue

I have no issue with the product accept it stopped working on my pets. Prior to my last order I requested to cancel...they waited till it shipped to email to say its to late and refused to send for product or refund me...bad bad bad customer care.

Pet friendly ONLY care about the money

Pet friendly does not care about the customers. I ordered a box a week and a half ago and still have not received it. I reached out to pet friendly and I have still not received a response. Terrible customer service.

I love this company and definitely recommend their services.

I have been with this company for a couple of yrs now. I searched for a few years to find a flea medicine to work for my 5 dogs. With the pet friendly box I was finally able to rid my pups of fleas. I was skeptical at first bc I hadn’t had any luck with topical products before and I wasn’t crazy about giving my pups the pills that only last a couple of days and so many chemicals. The flea medicine has worked so well that we have actually skipped boxes and still no fleas. Two of my dogs have allergies and sensitive skin and the flea medicine actually helped with that issue as well. There is a time difference for the Pet Friendly company and myself, so any time that I have reached out to customer service via email, it’s usually the next morning before I check to see if they have replied and they have always been great on reaching back out to me. I was trying to edit the products I was ordering for my pups and was grandfathered in the $8 a box price, well I ended up messing my account up and paid the new price of $10 a box for my pups, which is still a great price. Where I had reached out to customer, they had actually told me that they had fixed me account and placed me back into the grandfathered price and refund my account for the difference. I had not even mentioned this to them but I’m assuming because I had been with them for so long and they noticed I was having problems with the site, so they went ahead and corrected my account for me. I have always had an amazing experience with this company and definitely recommend to all my fellow pet parents all the time. Thank you Pet Friendly for always being amazing and affordable, great products.

Horrible customer service

I used their flea/tick protection for two years. First year it worked at the end of the second year we had a flea infestation. I canceled this auto ship three times in which I ended up with shipment I won’t use but paid for. They even acknowledged that I canceled it three times but their customer service didn’t accept responsibility.

Cat flea & tick prevention does NOT work…

Cat flea & tick prevention does NOT work. I purchased 6 boxes for 6 cats. All 6 cats still have fleas. It's been on them a week today. They have not been outside or around another animal in the last week so the prevention has not killed the fleas at all.

Just dont

I saw a couple of concerning reviews before I subscribed but decided to give them a chance because there are always a few bad reviews. Unfortunately, they really deserve the bad reviews. The first box arrived as expected. The second box was weeks late so I ended up having to purchase my normal flea preventative. I paused the subscription because I wasn’t going to need another box on the initial time schedule because of the tardiness of the second box. They charged me anyway. You cannot reach them in any way. They do not take phone calls but you can leave a message that they do not respond to. I sent several emails that they did not respond to. Their website was down more often than not so I couldn’t even cancel the subscription for a week after this started. I ended up having to file a claim with my bank to reverse the charge. I would never recommend this company to any pet owner.

I normally have a good experience

I normally have a good experience, but I change the ship date and for some reason they still shipped it early and refuse to respond to any phone calls and emails. Due to the lack of communication I would not recommend.
