I ordered a fleece pullover jacket hoodie but the size did not suit me and because it was my first order they made an exception and let me keep it they had re-issued the new item in a different size so that I could be happy and receive my product in a different size and to be able to actually wear it! my Customer Service contact MIA was very nice and she kept in contact with me and notified me when my item was shipped out, she also followed up with me when the order was delivered!
I had difficulty placing my orders due to trying to change my email . Molly was extremely helpful in canceling my three duplicate orders and securing my refunds while placing one order for me. I’m excitedly waiting for my order to arrive. Thank you, Molly! Lynn

Worst experience I have ever had. My first pair of overalls finally shipped after months. My overalls were ripped down the side after the first wash and lost a button. They said they would send me a new pair. My original order was in January. It is now May and I received a package to replace the ripped overalls and they are not even the same jean overalls. They are a parachute material and are so large I cannot wear them!!! They are absolutely horrible.
I have ordered several dresses from PinkLaura and could not be happier. The compliments I get when I where them are great. The style is perfect and they wash and wear well.

I had a shipping issue. It was delayed several weeks and not delivered to an address I was leaving. However it the problem was solved by Mia in customer service and is now enroute to the new address!! Cannot wait to receive it!!!

The customer service is great. Super responsive. The dresses are a fun casual wear and great for travel.
There was a slight issue, I contacted Pinklaura and explained the situation. Their representative handled my concerns directly. And as resolution that I was happy with was offered. They made me feel that as a customer my concerns were important and that they wanted me to be happy with the company and their products. This is why I have given them the 5 star rating. I will confidently purchase from them again.
