Clothing is well priced and acceptable…

Clothing is well priced and acceptable quality. Slightly different than anticipated but still nice. None of the items were cotton. Sizing was slightly smaller and I had to do an exchange. Jaime promptly responded to my request and offered an exchange or discount on item already received.

I bought a few items to try it out. The jacket I bought fit terribly and looked ridiculous. I emailed somebody to get a shipping label to return the item and was told they do not do returns. I would get a store credit instead. In my opinion, the clothes are not worth the money. The shipping took forever and the customer service was terrible. Now I am stuck with a garment I will never wear. They told me I could sell the items. That was their solution. An absolute joke. Do not buy from this company

Customer Service & Resolution

Mia was very helpful with my order. Somehow I made a mistake and ordered three of the same dress. I was able to get replacements for the two different colors that I wanted. She was very quick to respond and very nice. I will definitely be ordering again.

Excellent Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from Pinklaura.com. When the item arrived, it unfortunately was too small. I then reached out via email to return the item however; with the shipping cost over seas being so expensive, they opted to send me another item free of charge and I was able to keep the original item. They were very responsive via email during all of my correspondence...and that is hard to find these days. Molly, thank you for making my first experience with Pinklaura a good one.
